Touring Romeo + Juliet 1/7/23 - 5/30/23 with Cincinnati Shakespeare Company

Since January 7th, I’ve been performing The Nurse, Peter, Abraham and Tybalt’s Man in ROMEO AND JULIET with CSC! The most important thing I learned from this experience is the importance of tone and tonal shifts. I shined in these roles because I was always able to try something else or pull a new trick out of my bag, which led to some fun choices. Overtime, I outgrew certain choices I initially made because I realized they weren’t serving the story and they weren’t supported by the tone. Just because I can do something, doesn’t always mean that I need to. I’m proud of myself for that growth.
