Stella Adler Summer Conservatory

In June 2020, I was accepted into the Stella Adler’s Summer Conservatory. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we worked virtually! Among of the all classes I took, that included Mime Movement with Bill Bowers (Zazu from The Lion King!!), Improvisation with David Deblinger, and Acting Technique with Antonio Merenda, my favorite class was Shakespeare with Steve Maurice Jones. I ended up taking another class with him called I, Too, Speak in Color that focused on how to use my own culture to breathe new life in Shakespeare characters.
